Saving Energy
The lower water temperatures of the surface heating system will enhance the efficiency of the condensing boiler and give fuel savings of typically 25-40%. Even greater savings are achievable when a heating pump is used.
Moreover, an additional saving of about 5-8% can be achieved due to the fact that the temperature of the room is much more even vertically than in case of convection heating systems. Compared to the floor heating systems, control is much faster, and this saves an extra 5%
